Cammy Hutchison

Inside Centre

A former North Berwick High School pupil - and then latterly George Heriot's School - Hutchison currently plays his rugby with FOSROC Super6 side, Heriot's Rugby.

A hard running centre with a brilliant ability to break the gain line, Hutchison originally joined the Scottish Rugby Academy system in 2015-16, while playing his club rugby at Currie.

Hutchison captained Scotland at U19 level, while he featured prominently in a highly successful Scotland U20 side during the 2016-17 season.

Hutchison played the 2018 season in the south of France, through Scottish Rugby’s performance partnership with French Federale 1 side Stade Nicois, but returned to the Scottish capital for the beginning of the 2019-20 Super6 season.

The centre has been training with Edinburgh Rugby since November 2020 and made a try-scoring debut for the club in the Guinness PRO14 Rainbow Cup clash against Ulster in June 2021.
