Where can I buy match tickets?
Tickets can only be purchased directly from Scottish Rugby website through the link provided here: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/scottishrugby/
How do I receive my match tickets?
All match tickets are delivered via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App as part of our ongoing drive to improve access, security and sustainability on match days. Your Scottish Rugby ticketing account, through which you purchased your tickets, will link your tickets to the App using the mobile number registered to your ticketing account. Your match tickets will then be sent to the app on your device, to be scanned at the turnstiles at Scottish Gas Murrayfield for entry into the stadium.
We encourage all ticket purchasers to download the app as soon as possible. Tickets for the match will be received by the week of the game, if you have not received your tickets to your app, please check that the mobile number on your ticketing account is correct and up to date.
I have an Edinburgh Rugby Season Ticket – how do I enter the stadium?
Season Tickets will NOT be active for this fixture. Match tickets will be sent via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App and should be received by the week of the game.
Can I buy and sell tickets anywhere else online?
Edinburgh Rugby do not have an official secondary ticketing partner and therefore tickets should only be purchased from Edinburgh Rugby directly through the following link: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/scottishrugby/.
The club actively discourage the activities of ticket touts and any tickets for sale on known secondary ticketing websites will be investigated and those seats will be cancelled.
Can I bring my young child?
We operate a ‘babes in arms’ policy, meaning children under the age of two (2) will be admitted to Scottish Gas Murrayfield free of charge if they are accompanied by an adult with a valid match ticket.
Matches are however extremely busy events with large crowds and loud music which may not be suitable for very young children.
Ensure your app is up to date
Please make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the app to ensure all security and app updates have been processed. If you have an older version of the app, you will need perform the update to access your tickets. Please take a moment to ensure you have the latest version before arriving at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.
Multiple Tickets
If you have multiple match or season tickets within your app, we strongly advise you transfer the ticket(s) to the other people in your group before you arrive at Scottish Gas Murrayfield to ensure you all get into the stadium easily without any delays. Remember: Tickets held for U16s do not need to be transferred.
Transferring tickets
If the person you want to send the ticket to is already a contact in your phone, ask them to download the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App. When they have done this, their name will appear in the app on your phone under the heading “My contacts with app”. You can now transfer the ticket to them. Find out more: How do I transfer a mobile ticket.

Please avoid bringing a bag to the game if possible.
An A4 bag is the maximum size permitted at the Scottish Gas Murrayfield and all bags will be searched before entry.
Bags larger than A4 size will not be permitted. There will be no bag drop facilities.
The only exceptions are bags required for health reasons (including parents with young children). We assume no responsibility for bags in venue.
There is a max 500ml limit for liquids being brought in to the ground, and the products must be sealed.
Unless you have health or childcare requirements plan ahead and leave your bags at home, in your hotel, in your car, on the coach or at one of 13 bag-drop/left luggage facilities across Edinburgh (web links listed below).
