Edinburgh Rugby 2024 October Camps

• Girls Camp (P4 – S6): Monday 14 October (9am – 12noon)
• Rascals (boys and girls, P4 – P7): Monday 21 October (9.30am – 4pm)
• Renegades (boys, S1 – S4): Monday 21 October (9.30am – 4pm)

The camps are the perfect activity for the October holidays. Every session is designed to be fun and interactive, while our coaching team aim to get the most out of each individual attending, allowing them to train like the Edinburgh Rugby pros.

Early drop-off and late pick-up

We are offering early drop-off and late collection for the Rascals and Renegades camps.

• Rascals/Renegades: early drop-off at 8.30am, £12.50 inc. VAT per person.
• Rascals/Renegades: late collection at 5.30pm, £12.50 inc. VAT per person.

Burgh Junior Members

Members will receive a 10% discount on camps places in addition to a one-week priority window to book a space.

How to book

Prices for each camp are listed below:

• Girls camp: £50 inc. VAT per person* (£45 inc. VAT for Burgh Juniors)
• Rascals: £100 inc. VAT per person* (£90 inc. VAT for Burgh Juniors)
• Renegades: £100 inc. VAT per person* (£90 inc. VAT for Burgh Juniors)

*all places are subject to a £1.50 booking fee.

Places for the camp can be booked via e-ticketing and you will be sent a ticket via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App which will be scanned on arrival at the camp.

Those attending will be sent further information ahead of their respective session, including all information on drop-offs and arrival times. Please note there is a maximum of 100 spaces per camp and a minimum of 12.

If any camp has not met the minimum number of sign-ups by Monday 7 October any attendees will be issued with a refund.

Designed by girls, for girls, this is a camp for girls only, in P4 – S6. This rugby skills camp is designed to be both fun and exciting. No previous rugby experience is needed.

This is a fun, player-centred camp for all children in P4 – P7 of all abilities. No previous rugby knowledge or experience is needed, with the focus of this camp on learning the FUNdamentals!

• • Lots of fun games – including rugby, football, racquet sports, and rugby golf
  • Safe, fully PVG accredited coaches
  • Coaches are UKCC Level 1 qualified and hold a FAIR certificate (First Aid In Rugby)
  • An opportunity to meet Edinburgh players*

Edinburgh Rugby Renegades Camp (Mon 21 Oct, 9.30am – 4pm) Click here to book.

This is a camp for boys only, in S1 – S4, and aims to step things up a gear! Attendees will be challenged through fun and innovative coaching styles and techniques. We aim to get the most out of each individual attending this camp, whether it’s learning the game, focusing on specific positions, or getting a deeper understanding of nutrition, strength and conditioning, technical skills or tactics.

• • BOYS ONLY
  • Develop skills, techniques and tactical understanding
  • In-depth focus on skills development (not wholly exclusive to rugby)
  • Working in small groups (1:10 maximum ratio) to give more time on task and more accurate feedback from the coach
  • Lots of game-related practice
  • Safe, fully PVG accredited coaches
  • Coaches are UKCC Level 2 qualified and hold a FAIR certificate (First Aid In Rugby)
  • An opportunity to meet Edinburgh players*
