Edinburgh Rugby October Camps

The Edinburgh Rugby October Camps will be a single-day event held on Wednesday 15 October.

Our camps offer a variety of coaching sessions for mini and youth playing age groups, providing well organised and structured activities.

For the first time, we’re pleased to confirm the camps will run on Hive Stadium pitch providing participants with the exclusive opportunity to train on the official home pitch of Edinburgh Rugby.

Not only this, a number of star Edinburgh Rugby players will be integrated into the camp to run coaching sessions, giving participants the chance to train with the pros.

Edinburgh Rugby camps are designed to be fun and interactive, while our coaching team aim to get the most out of each individual attending, allowing them to train like the Edinburgh Rugby pros.

U16 Season Ticket members will once again receive a discount on camps places.

FAQs

How do I book?

Places for the camp can be booked via e-ticketing and you will be sent a ticket via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App which will be scanned on arrival at the camp.

Those attending will be sent further information ahead of their respective session, including all information on drop-offs and arrival times.
Do you need rugby experience to participate in the camp?

No, the camp is suitable for all experience levels.
Do parents/guardians need to stay for the duration of the camp?

No, once a participant is registered with the camp staff they can be left for the duration of the camp.
Are there changing and shower facilities?

Yes, changing and shower facilities will be available on the day.
What clothing should be worn?

Any rugby/sports clothing should be worn. We always suggest that you bring clothes for all weather conditions.

Trainers, moulded studs and metal studs are all allowed.
When will the final details of the camp be sent out?

An email will be sent out the week before the camp is due to take place.
Where do I fill in a consent form for my child?

Will there be photographs taken?

Photographs will be taken during the camp.

These will be used on Edinburgh Rugby social media channels and may also be used on future promotional materials for our camps. If you do not want photos taken of your child then please state this in the consent form.
Is First Aid support provided?

Yes, Edinburgh Rugby will arrange first aid provision.
