This session explores how composure, clarity and confidence shape performance under pressure, whether on the rugby field or in the boardroom.

You’ll hear firsthand from Edinburgh Rugby players and staff, who will share their experiences of staying focused and resilient in high-stakes situations. From game-winning tackles to critical team decisions, discover the mindset that drives top performance under pressure.

Our Business Panel will then share real-world perspectives on leadership, adaptability, and growth. Hear from business leaders:
