Fan Appreciation Night: A match dedicated to you!

13 May 2024

This Friday night’s crucial BKT United Rugby Championship clash against Munster is not just the club’s final regular season home game of the year, it’s also Fan Appreciation Night – a whole match dedicated to you!

That means we’ve got loads on the go to say thanks for your support across the 2023/24 campaign, while giving fans the chance to show their appreciation to the squad and our departing players.

With Hive Stadium set to sell out for this huge Friday night fixture, and the Race for the Eight closer than ever, Fan Appreciation Night gives the club, our players and supporters the chance to come together to make a Hive Stadium a true fortress for a season defining fixture.

Here’s what to expect when we take on Munster on Fan Appreciation Night!

Arrive early and pack out Hive Stadium

We want to create a wall of blue and orange on Friday night and ensure Hive Stadium is bouncing for team’s out.

We’re encouraging supporters to get in their seats or standing terrace early and let’s create a cauldron of noise at kick-off!

Fan giveaways

We’ll be giving out Edinburgh flags and other goodies on Friday night to make sure Hive Stadium is jumping with colour ahead of kick-off.

Fan playlist

We’re calling on all supporters to submit their favourite tracks for our Fan Appreciation Night playlist that will be played in Hive Stadium on match night!

Don’t miss out – submit your songs HERE.

Season ticket holder ball delivery

We’ll have a very special season ticket holder ball delivery pre-match – stay tuned for an announcement on our social channels later this week.

Half-time fan challenge

We’ll have season ticket holders taking part in another special Scottish Building Society half-time challenge this weekend – so make sure you’re in our seats at the interval!

Post-match lap of thanks

We’re encouraging ALL fans to stay in their seats and standing terraces post-match as our squad take part in a post-match lap of thanks.

Say goodbye to some club legends and show your appreciation to the 2023/24 Edinburgh Rugby squad.

Head to The Clubhouse after the lap of thanks

The Fan Appreciation Night celebrations will continue in The Clubhouse where we’ll have player Q&As, giving you the chance to hear from some of your favourite players as we close out the regular season at Hive Stadium
