Sean Everitt’s side will be looking to build on last month’s impressive bonus point victory over Munster which sees Edinburgh sitting in seventh place in the Championship.
Edinburgh claimed a 50-33 win over the Italians in November with Ben Muncaster and Magnus Bradbury both grabbing braces at Hive Stadium.
