Attention fans aged 5-12! We’ve teamed up with our friends at LNER and Edinburgh’s Christmas to bring you a very special competition this festive season.
Get ready to:
- Take a ride on the amazing LNER Big Wheel at Edinburgh’s Christmas
- Enjoy four tickets to the iconic 1872 Cup men’s fixture
- Celebrate with a festive bundle of Edinburgh Rugby, LNER and Edinburgh’s Christmas goodies
Four lucky winners (aged 5-12) and three friends or family will embark on a magical ride high above Edinburgh on the LNER Big Wheel on Saturday 29 November 2025, taking in the city views, with possible special guests!
Then, on Saturday 27 December, the winner and their group will get to join the atmosphere at the 1872 Cup at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.
HOW TO ENTER
It’s simple:

A parent or guardian just needs to fill in the online entry form (here) by the deadline of 20 November 2025 at 5pm.

Be aged between the ages of five (5) and twelve (12) years on 29 November 2025 and living in the UK.

Get ready for the fun – the winners/entrants will be contact on 24 November 2025

The winners will be selected at random by Edinburgh Rugby
