Scotland and British Irish Lions scrum half joined Edinburgh on loan for the 2023/24 season.
Ali Price made his international debut for Scotland in their 2016 Autumn Test win against Georgia, defeating them 43-16 at Rugby Park in Kilmarnock.
Having made his Scotland debut off the bench in a 2016 Autumn International Test against Georgia at Rugby Park, Ali Price has gone on to win more than 50 caps for his country, cementing himself as one of the leaders of the current set-up and, as of 2021, a Test match British & Irish Lion.
The livewire scrum-half passed 100 appearances for Glasgow Warriors at the start of the 2021/22 Champions Cup campaign, having made his debut for the Scotstoun outfit in 2014.
Such quality around the breakdown, as well as his impressive game management, saw Price named in that aforementioned 2021 British & Irish Lions squad to tour South Africa, where he earned the distinction of appearing in all three Tests against the world champion Springboks.
Price made his debut for Edinburgh against the Vodacom Bulls at Hive Stadium, coming on from the bench in a win for the capital side.
