Kickstart 22/23 with Edinburgh Rugby
This Saturday's BKT United Rugby Championship opener at DAM Health Stadium against Dragons RFC will go ahead as scheduled, tournament organisers today confirmed.
Secure your tickets and season tickets now as we embark on the second season in our game-changing, purpose-built home, DAM Health Stadium under Saturday night lights (17 September, kick-off 7.35pm).
The match is the first competitive fixture in the 22/23 Season Ticket Membership, with prices starting at £50 for Burgh Juniors (£4.54/game), £99 for students (£9/game), £125 for concessions (£11.36/game)and £185 for adults (£16.81/game).
The 2022/23 membership includes all nine regular season URC fixtures at home – including the 150th anniversary 1872 Cup derby at BT Murrayfield Stadium – as well as two Heineken Champions Cup group stage fixtures against Castres and Saracens – and still saves on match ticket prices if bought after the Dragons game.
Season Ticket Members also enjoy an array of benefits, including exclusive member events, priority access to knockout URC and European match tickets and away travel packages, plus prior rights access to additional 1872 Cup derby tickets, and Scotland Women and U20 fixtures hosted at DAM Health Stadium.
Edinburgh Rugby Head Coach, Mike Blair, said: “It was brilliant to see our fans back at DAM Health Stadium for the club’s pre-season opener against London Scottish and it really whet the appetite for what is set to be another massive campaign for the club.
“Our squad and management have worked really hard over the summer to make sure we’re ready to represent this city and the region in 22/23 and it means a huge amount to the players when they run out at The DAM and feel the support of our vocal fanbase, who’ve made our new home a real fortress.
“A great number of fans have already snapped up their Season Ticket Memberships for the new season, which is has been brilliant to hear, but with just a short period before our opening game I’d encourage any supporter who hasn’t yet booked to do so now – you won’t regret it.”
