Edinburgh will seek to retain the historic trophy, and gain valuable BKT United Rugby Championship points, with both sides celebrating the 150th anniversary of the first-ever match between the two sides which took place at Burbank on 23 November, 1872.
Edinburgh trail by six points on aggregate after falling short 16-10 at Scotstoun in the opening leg.
A victory by seven points or more will see Edinburgh lift the 1872 Cup, while a win of six points would see Edinburgh tie the score on aggregate and retain the trophy as current holders.

Tickets start at £5 for U16s, £20 for student/concessions and £25 for adults, while both a group ticket offer and club commission are available.
