Edinburgh ‘A’ to face Harlequins Jesters at Richmond Athletic Ground
19 Oct 2026Edinburgh Rugby can confirm that Edinburgh ‘A’ will travel to face Harlequins Jesters at Richmond Athletic Ground this Saturday (24 October, kick-off 3pm).
The fixture is part of an extended ‘A’ team programme for the 2026/27 season, following an away trip to Ealing Trailfinders in September and last Saturday’s home game against Leinster ‘A’ at Hive Stadium.
Edinburgh were beaten 29-40 by a Leinster side with plenty of senior experience, but there was a lot to take from an entertaining afternoon in the sunshine. Academy and NTP3 players got a valuable test against top-tier opposition, particularly in the second half when the bench was emptied.
The Edinburgh Rugby ‘A’ team to face Harlequins Jesters will be announced on Friday.
