What are the biggest challenges that CBS Consulting face in the New Year as an organisation and how are you overcoming that?

As a consultancy, our people are our biggest asset. Talent retention and recruitment is a particular challenge in the current market.

As a firm, we take our work seriously but not ourselves. That’s why sponsoring Edinburgh Rugby is important – it creates a fun, relaxed environment for our team, clients and partners to enjoy.

You’ve chosen to sponsor James Lang for the season – why have CBS Consulting chosen James and what will it mean to have James represent you this season?

Apart from hitting 400-yard drives on the golf course, James is a real pro on the pitch who epitomises hard work, discipline and teamwork – which are values we share.

It’s been great having James represent CBS Consulting throughout the season. He’s now one of the team!

Finally, what are the main targets/objectives of the organisation as enter 2024?

Growth, with our recent expansion into Ireland, and new, interesting projects with clients that we enjoy going the extra mile for – to deliver great outcomes!
