John Penny Joinery is a small family run business specialising in the finesse aspects of joinery. John set up the business after moving to Edinburgh and has continued to grow and develop the business as opportunities arose.

What kind of joinery services do you offer?

We specialise in creating bespoke furniture; from design to manufacture to fit. To date we have created kitchens, media units, and offices to name a few.

As a small company, we offer flexibility without compromising on quality. We’re always keen to challenge ourselves and bring our clients’ complete visions to life.

Sponsorship of Paddy Harrison

Why did John Penny Joinery decide to sponsor Paddy Harrison this season

As a rugby fan, it seemed like a great way to market the business. I can now go to a match and tell the family that I’m “working”!

What do you admire about Paddy as a player and as an individual?

Paddy is still in the early years of his career and has already had great success re-inventing himself. The hard-work needed for this is very admirable. Paddy has some real talent!

How does sponsoring Paddy align with John Penny Joinery’s values and goals?

The features I admire in Paddy as an individual resonate with how I view my company. We are still young and developing while providing great quality. The hard work, determination and ability to adapt are common features of this.

Benefits of the Partnership

What benefits has John Penny Joinery experienced from sponsoring Paddy and Edinburgh Rugby?

Sponsoring Paddy and Edinburgh has given me a new experience and allowed me to network with other individuals growing their businesses.

How has this partnership helped to raise awareness of your brand?

As all our projects are bespoke and, as such, we don’t have a catalogue of products. Getting the name “John Penny Joinery” exposure helps to raise awareness of our brand and start the conversation with client on how we can bring their dreams to life.

Future Goals and Aspirations

What are John Penny Joinery’s future goals and aspirations?

We want to continue to grow the company and become the leading bespoke joinery company in Edinburgh.
