Seven selected for World Rugby U20 Championship opener

Seven Edinburgh players are named in the Scotland U20 squad for their World Rugby U20 Championship opener against England U20 this Sunday (29 June). The game kicks off at 2.30pm BST (3.30pm local) at the Payanini Centre in Verona.

The capital side are well represented in the starting XV, with Jack Brown at named full-back and Nairn Moncrieff selected on the wing. Ollie Blyth-Lafferty starts at tighthead prop while Oliver Duncan gets the nod at openside.

Jamie Stewart (loosed head), Hector Patterson (scrum-half) and Jack Hocking (stand-off/back-three) are named among the replacements.
