Tell us your story to win 1872 Cup Hospitality!

That’s why we’ve created this amazing competition to win a top prize of four hospitality places at next month’s derby, plus various great merchandise prizes for runners-up (prize list below), as a way of thanking you for your support and to help make those annual get-togethers even more special.

This is what the ‘Auld Acquaintance’ is all about, so whatever your 1872 Cup story is, we want to hear you tell your story.

Maybe you met your spouse at the match and come back every year, maybe you have family or friends who always come back to the city to keep old or distant friendships alive.

Competition prizes

The winning prize will be four hospitality tickets at the Edinburgh Rugby v Glasgow Warriors match at Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Saturday 30 December (kick-off 3pm).

Runners-up prizes are:

• A pair of half-season tickets (second place)
• An Edinburgh Rugby replica shirt (third place)
• An Edinburgh Rugby signed ball (fourth place)
