Win hospitality at Scarlets for your club’s Unsung Hero!

13 Feb 2026

Edinburgh Rugby is proud to celebrate the heartbeat of the grassroots game by launching the Unsung Hero competition in partnership with London North Eastern Railway (LNER), Vision Scotland, and Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club.

As part of the BKT United Rugby Championship’s Origin Round, this initiative pays tribute to the dedicated individuals up and down the country who pave the way for our professional players to reach the top.

We are inviting fans to nominate a deserving hero from their local club to win two hospitality places (unsung hero and +1) for our upcoming clash against Scarlets on Friday 27 February. We’ll be selecting four heroes altogether!

This competition is designed specifically for those who often go unnoticed but are entirely indispensable to the rugby community.

We want to hear about the volunteers, the coaches, the kit managers, the tea ladies, and every individual who goes above and beyond to help their local club thrive.

It is a golden opportunity to reward someone’s selfless commitment with a night of fine dining and can’t-miss URC action in the capital, courtesy of the generous hospitality spaces provided by our partners at LNER, Vision Scotland, and Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club.

To enter, simply tell us who your unsung hero is below and why they deserve this special prize. Whether they have spent decades maintaining the pitches or are the first to arrive to set up the clubhouse every Saturday morning, your nomination could give them a night to remember at Hive Stadium.

Submit your entry below to ensure your club’s hero gets the recognition they deserve. Terms and conditions apply.
