Edinburgh will seek to retain the historic trophy, and gain valuable BKT United Rugby Championship points, with both sides celebrating the 150th anniversary of the first-ever match between the two sides which took place at Burbank on 23 November, 1872.
Edinburgh trail by six points on aggregate after falling short 16-10 at Scotstoun in the opening leg.
A victory by seven points or more will see Edinburgh lift the 1872 Cup, while a win of six points would see Edinburgh tie the score on aggregate and retain the trophy as current holders.
With tickets already selling fast, we encourage fans to buy early to bag the best seats available in BT Murrayfield.
With a pre-match live performance from local star Callum Beattie and plenty on the go in the DAM Health Stadium Fan Zone, supporters can kickstart their New Year celebrations at the home of Scottish Rugby!
Tickets start at £5 for U16s, £20 for student/concessions and £25 for adults, while both a group ticket offer and club commission are available.
