Champions Cup Quarter-Final date confirmed
EPCR have today confirmed that our Heineken Champions Cup Quarter-Final against Munster will take place at BT Murrayfield on Saturday 30 March (kick-off 12.45pm).
The highly anticipated knock-out match sees Richard Cockerill’s squad take on the Irish powerhouse in the capital side’s first home Heineken Champions Cup Quarter-Final in seven years.
Having topped a pool featuring French powerhouses RC Toulon and Montpellier, as well as English Premiership side Newcastle Falcons, Edinburgh will be hoping to defend their 100% home record when Munster come calling.
The capital side achieved a record attendance in 2012 when over 37,000 supporters cheered on Edinburgh to a famous Quarter-Final victory over four-times European champions Toulouse.
