Please ensure you complete the consent form before Thursday 17 April.
It is one form per child (if you have two or more children signed up then the consent form must be completed 2+ times).
If it is not completed ahead of time, you will need to do it when you arrive before your child can take part in the camp, so please take the time to do this beforehand.
