An all-Scotland front-row sees Pierre Schoeman (loosehead), Ewan Ashman (hooker) and D’arcy Rae (tighthead) named up front.
Grant Gilchrist (lock) is selected in the second-row as record top try scorer Darcy Graham, continues on the wing after scoring a hat-trick in the 85-0 win over USA.
Marshall Sykes (lock) is named among the replacements after an impressive shift in last weekend’s record win at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.
