Scotland prepare for their defence of the WXV2 title with a warm-up game against Wales. There is a chance the two teams could meet again in the WXV2 tournament – Wales are playing Spain in a play-off in June to decide which team joins Scotland, South Africa and Italy in WXV2 and which go into WXV3. A truly historic occasion to look forward to this September as Scotland play Fiji for the first time. The team known as Fijiana have just won the 2024 Oceania Rugby Women’s Championship (beating reigning champions Samoa) to qualify for next year’s Women’s Rugby World Cup in England.
