Scotland A, coached by Pete Horne, welcome Los Cóndores to the Scottish capital, having faced the Chileans in Santiago twice in two years.
There will be strong Edinburgh representation in the side, vice-captained by back-row Tom Dodd, with Forwards Coach Stevie Lawrie part of Horne’s coaching team.
In the backs, Ross McCann and Matt Currie are given starting berths on the wing, with centre Mosese Tuipulotu earning his first international honours in the 13 jersey.
October’s Scottish Building Society Player of the Month Ross Thompson sees his early season form rewarded with a start at out-half.
In the pack, D’arcy Rae packs down at tighthead prop, with lock Marshall Sykes also starting in the front five.
The back-row is all Edinburgh, with Dodd joined by Freddy Douglas and Ben Muncaster, the duo fresh from their first Scotland caps against Portugal on Saturday.
In the replacements, Harri Morris (hooker), Mikey Jones (loosehead), and Liam McConnell (back-row) will look to impact in the forwards, while Ben Healy (fly-half) and pro-academy full-back Jack Brown could come on in the backs.
