Tonight’s prize is looking better than ever, with a rejuvenation to celebrate the 150th anniversary of tonight’s fixture. Thanks to the 150 project, we also have a finalised head-to-head between the cities, with the winners engraved on the base of the trophy.
A good opportunity to see one of our academy starlets in action. Harry Paterson has described himself as ‘rangy and elusive’, so will be hoping to get plenty of possession at full-back. Fellow academy players Paddy Harrison and Cammy Scott could feature from the bench.
We’re forced into a last minute change, with Wes Goosen withdrawing due to injury. Emiliano Boffelli shifts to the wing, with local lad Harry Paterson coming into the side for his second appearance for the club.
