Fan Survey
1. This Prize Draw is open to everyone who completes the FAN SURVEY (either via the ticketing app or by email) following the BKT URC game, Edinburgh Rugby v Ulster, at Hive Stadium on Friday 16 May 2025.
2. All winners will be decided and contacted before midnight Friday 23 May 2025. If a winner is unable or unwilling to accept their prize then no alternative will be offered, and subsequent draws will take place until a new winner is found.
3. Entry is by completing the online survey. By submitting the details, entrants and their parent or guardian will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and to have consented to: a) competition entry; b) the winner’s name, details and image being recorded and published for promotional purposes by Scottish Rugby or its authorised representatives
4. Scottish Rugby will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up their prize. Scottish Rugby reserves the right to withdraw or provide a substitute prize of similar value if a prize is unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
5. Edinburgh Rugby’s decision is final. Edinburgh Rugby reserves the right to refuse entry to, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms.
6. This competition is governed by Scots law and the Promoter is Scottish Rugby Limited, Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ.

Edinburgh Rugby – Player Sponsorship Terms and Conditions 2023/24
These Terms set out the Agreement between the applicant whose details are provided during the online checkout-out process (the Member) and Scottish Rugby Limited, trading as Edinburgh Rugby (the Club), a company incorporated under the laws of Scotland and registered under number SC132061 whose registered office is at Murrayfield, Edinburgh, EH12 5PJ (Scottish
Rugby). Scottish Rugby shall grant to the Member certain membership rights in return for payment to Scottish Rugby, all in accordance with this Agreement.The terms of the Agreement are:
1. Duration
Unless terminated earlier in accordance with Clause 5 below, this Agreement shall start on the day that the Member completes their online membership transaction with associated payment and shall continue until 30 June 2024. Notwithstanding the foregoing, benefits are attributable to the 2023/24 season only, and a Member will not be entitled to any benefits in relation to the 2024/25 season of either rugby competition if one of them commences before the end of the Term.
2. Membership Fee
2.1. In consideration of the rights granted by Scottish Rugby to the Member under this Agreement, the Member shall pay such fee as is set out at the point of purchase (the Fee) to Scottish Rugby.
3. Rights & Benefits
3.1. In consideration of payment of the Fee by the Member, Scottish Rugby shall provide the following rights and benefits to the Member during the Term:
i. The Member can select to sponsor one (1) International, Senior or Young player;
ii. One (1) player appearance from the sponsored player for approximately two (2) hours;
Date and time to be agreed and subject to availability and all training and match
commitments;
iii. 30 second promotional message to be recorded by chosen sponsored player for the Sponsor to be use on their own advertising channels. All content to be agreed in advance with Edinburgh Rugby;
iv. Personalised Player Thank You Message to the Sponsor to be recorded and used on the Sponsor’s website. Content to be approved by Edinburgh Rugby;
v. Personalised Player Sponsor Lock-Up Logo;
vi. Edinburgh Rugby to feature the selected sponsored player and Sponsor’s name on a LinkedIn Story. The content and timing of this will be agreed between the parties;
vii. One (1) signed replica Edinburgh Rugby Shirt;
viii. Sponsor’s logo to be displayed next to Edinburgh Rugby player profiles in each digital matchday programme and on the Edinburgh Rugby website;
ix. Sponsor’s logo to be displayed on sponsored players profile on Edinburgh Rugby’ website;
x. Sponsor’s name tagged on Twitter when the selected sponsored player scores during a match; and
xi. Invitation to attend a lunch with selected sponsored player and other player sponsors and sponsored players. Date and time of such event will be subject to all training and match commitments.All contact and communications with a sponsored player should be organised through Edinburgh Rugby unless otherwise agreed.
4. Member’s Obligations
4.1 The Member shall:
4.1.1. acknowledge and agree by purchasing the product, they have consented to the use of their name for the purposes set out in paragraph 3 above. If the Member has used a Company name the Member shall be deemed to have provided consent on the Company’s behalf;
4.1.2. not exploit its rights in such a manner which brings the sport of rugby, Scottish Rugby or any individual player or official into ridicule or disrepute;
4.1.3. not hold itself out as a sponsor of Scottish Rugby or otherwise associate itself with Scottish Rugby except strictly in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement;
4.1.4. co-operate with and comply with all reasonable requests of Scottish Rugby at all times during the Term;
4.1.5. if the Member becomes aware of any threatened or actual unauthorised use of Scottish Rugby’s intellectual property rights, the Member shall immediately notify the same to Scottish
Rugby in writing, setting out the facts in reasonable detail; and
4.1.6. acknowledge and agree that Scottish Rugby is unable to accept player sponsorship from companies with the Wealth Management sector, at the sole discretion of Scottish Rugby.5. Termination
5.1. Without prejudice to any rights that have accrued under this Agreement or any of its rights or remedies, Scottish Rugby may terminate this Agreement without liability if:
5.1.1 if the Member is in breach of any term of this Agreement; or
5.1.2 on giving not less than 28 days written notice to the Member.
5.2. Should Scottish Rugby wish to exercise its rights under Clause 5.1.2 above and without prejudice to its right to terminate this Agreement, as a result of the occurrence of such event, the Parties agree to negotiate in good faith a pro-rata refund of the Fee payable by the Member effective immediately from any such agreement being reached.
5.3 On termination the Member agrees to immediately surrender any and all rights and benefits otherwise due under this Agreement.6. Assignation
6.1. The Member shall not assign or attempt to assign in whole or in part the benefit of this agreement without the prior written consent of Scottish Rugby.
6.2. Scottish Rugby shall be entitled to assign any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement provided that the Member’s rights are not adversely affected.7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be in breach of this agreement nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under this agreement if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.8. General
8.1. All warranties, conditions and other terms which are not expressly stated in this Agreement (including, without limitation, those implied by statute or common law) are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this Agreement.
8.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude either parties liability for:
8.2.1. death or personal injury resulting from that party’s negligence;
8.2.2. any damage or liability incurred by the other party as a result of a party’s fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
8.2.3. any liability to the extent that it cannot be excluded or limited by law.
8.3. Subject to Clause 8.2:
8.3.1. Scottish Rugby shall not be liable under or in connection with this Agreement for: any losses or damages which were not reasonably foreseeable by Scottish Rugby at the time of entering into the Agreement; any loss of profits; any loss of business; any loss of goodwill; any loss of contract; any loss of anticipated savings; or any similar losses; and
8.3.2. Scottish Rugby’s liability under or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to a sum equal to the Fee in aggregate.
8.4. This Agreement sets out the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements and arrangements between them with regard to such transactions.
8.5. This Agreement shall be governed by Scottish law and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland. -
2021/22 Player Sponsorship
Edinburgh Rugby – Shirt Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
These Terms set out the Agreement between the applicant whose details are provided during the online checkout-out process (the Member) and Scottish Rugby Union Limited, trading as Edinburgh Rugby (the Club), a company incorporated under the laws of Scotland and registered under number SC132061 whose registered office is at Murrayfield, Edinburgh, EH12 5PJ (Scottish Rugby).
Scottish Rugby shall grant to the Member certain membership rights in return for payment to Scottish Rugby, all in accordance with this Agreement.
The terms of the Agreement are:
1. Duration
Unless terminated earlier in accordance with Clause 5 below, this Agreement shall start on the day that the Member completes their online membership transaction with associated payment and shall continue until the later of the end of the 2021/22 URC season and the end of the 2021/2022 European Rugby Champions Cup season (the Term). Notwithstanding the foregoing, benefits are attributable to the 2021/22 season only, and a Member will not be entitled to any benefits in relation to the 2022/23 season of either rugby competition if one of them commences before the end of the Term.
2. Membership Fee
2.1. In consideration of the rights granted by Scottish Rugby to the Member under this Agreement, the Member shall pay such fee as is set out at the point of purchase (the Fee) to Scottish Rugby.
3. Rights & Benefits
3.1. In consideration of payment of the Fee by the Member, Scottish Rugby shall provide the following rights and benefits to the Member during the Term:
Sponsorship
i.The Member can select a Player home or away shirt, subject to availability, sold on a ‘first come, first served’ basis;
ii.The Member’s name (or company name) will appear on the Club website and, when in operation, in the matchday programme (virtual or hardcopy); and
iii.Subject to paragraph 3.2 below, the Member will be entitled to attend an end of season event, where the Member’s selected Player will present the Member (subject to the selected Player’s availability) and a photo of the presentation will be provided to the Member.
3.2 Due to the restrictions that are in place due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which may be updated from time to time in line with Scottish Government directives, Scottish Rugby cannot guarantee that the end of season event will be able to be held in person. If not possible, a virtual event will be held and the shirt will be sent to the Member.
3.3 Scottish Rugby retains the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any or all of the rights and benefits set out in paragraph 3 above with other rights and benefits from time to time.
3.4 Scottish Rugby reserve the right to cancel any order(s) for sponsorship of a player’s shirt, subject to a refund being provided.
4. Member’s Obligations
4.1 The Member shall:

EDINBURGH RUGBY COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The promoter is Scottish Rugby Limited (trading as Edinburgh Rugby), whose registered company number is SC132061 and has its registered address at Murrayfield, Edinburgh, EH12 5PJ.
- The competition
- The title of the competition is ‘Nominate your unsung club hero to WIN two season tickets for the 2024/25 season’
- How to enter
- The competition will run from 12 noon on Friday 21 June 2024 (the “Opening Date“) to 12 noon on Friday 5 July 2024 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
- All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 12 noon on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
- To enter the competition:
- enter the competition online by submitting the online entry form provided on edinburghrugby.org by Closing Date.
- The Promoter will not accept:
- responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
- proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
- By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition entries will be judged by a panel of judges based on the most compelling answer at Edinburgh Rugby’s sole discretion. The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final.
- Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents in Scotland except:
- employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
- employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
- members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
- In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Anyone entering on behalf of someone aged 12 years or younger must have the entrant’s permission to do so on their behalf. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
- The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications) or incomplete.
- There is a limit of one entry per person.
- The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
- Competition entries cannot be returned.
- The competition is open to residents in Scotland except:
- The prize
- The prize is two Edinburgh Rugby season tickets for the 2024/25 season (category 3, seated season tickets).
- Prizes are subject to availability and Edinburgh Rugby’s standard ticketing terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
- The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
- In order to claim the prize you must confirm via email that you are willing to accept the prize.
- Winners
- The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the any information required by law to anyone who writes to the address set out in CONDITION 1(enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.
- If you object to your name or winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Claiming the prize
- If you are the winner of the prize, you will have ONE WEEK from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by claiming the prize in accordance with condition 4. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim may become invalid at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
- The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within One day of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
- Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
- You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
- Data protection and publicity
- The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy as found on our website. See also condition 2 and condition 6.3, with regard to the announcement of winners.
- General
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
- These terms and conditions are governed by Scots law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of Scotland.

1. The Promoter

2.1 The title of the competition is Win the chance to announce the Edinburgh Rugby team line-up at Edinburgh v Scarlets on Saturday 20 April 2024.3. How to enter
3.1 The competition will run from 12 noon on Thursday 11 April (the “Opening Date”) to 10am on Thursday 18 April 2024 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
3.2 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 10am on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3 To enter the competition:
(a) enter the competition online by submitting the online entry form provided on edinburghrugby.org by Closing Date.
3.4 The Promoter will not accept:

5.2 Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
5.3 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.4 In order to claim the prize you must confirm in via the email you will receive confirming the winner that you are willing to accept the prize.6. Winners
6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry.

1. The Promoter
The promoter is Scottish Rugby Limited (trading as Edinburgh Rugby), Hive Stadium, Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Edinburgh, EH12 5PJ.
2. The competition
2.1 The title of the competition is “Interview an Edinburgh Rugby Player”.

The Footage will be sent to the winner who may also share this to their own personal channels once the Promoter confirms this in writing.
The winner may not use the Footage for any commercial purposes.
5.2 Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

5.2 The prize is provided by Gulliver’s Sports Travel Limited (the “Supplier”).

The Supplier shall in its sole discretion select the hotel accommodation. The prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from the departure airport, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).
