    1. This Prize Draw is open to everyone who completes the FAN SURVEY (either via the ticketing app or by email) following a 2025/26 BKT URC or Investec Champions Cup game.

    2. All winners will be decided and contacted before midnight Tuesday 30 June 2026. If a winner is unable or unwilling to accept their prize then no alternative will be offered, and subsequent draws will take place until a new winner is found.

    3. Entry is by completing the online survey. By submitting the details, entrants and their parent or guardian will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and to have consented to: a) competition entry; b) the winner’s name, details and image being recorded and published for promotional purposes by Scottish Rugby or its authorised representatives

    4. Scottish Rugby will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up their prize. Scottish Rugby reserves the right to withdraw or provide a substitute prize of similar value if a prize is unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

This Prize Draw is open to everyone who is a guest in either the Edinburgh Rugby Business Club and/or Edinburgh Rugby Hospitality who enters the Guess the First Try Scorer competition (either via the ticketing app, QR code or by email) prior to kick-off of any game through the 2025/26 season.

    UNSUNG HERO COMPETITION

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    The Unsung Heros Competition is organised by Scottish Rugby Limited, trading as Edinburgh Rugby.

    When you enter this Competition, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

    1. The Promoter

    The Promoter of this Competition is Scottish Rugby Limited, trading as Edinburgh Rugby, a company incorporated in Scotland with registered number SC132061 and having its registered office at Murrayfield, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ (“the Promoter”).

    1. The Competition and how to enter
      • These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Unsung Heros Competition” being running on and being promoted on the Promoter’s official website (Home – Edinburgh Rugby) and social media platforms (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, X formerly known as Twitter) (“the Competition”).
      • To enter the Competition, entrants must follow the link on the Promoter’s official website or social media to the Competition submission form which will require the entrant to submit their name, email address, the name of the rugby club to which they belong, and the name, email address, postcode and telephone number for their unsung hero Nominee (as defined at condition 3.1) and to provide evidence that shows their unsung hero Nominee goes above and beyond for their local rugby club. Any nominations submitted to the Promoter in any other manner or medium will be disqualified from the Competition. Entrants can complete the submission form multiple times if nominating different people from their rugby club each time.
      • The opening date for nominations to the Competition is 13 February 2026 at 10am. Nominations must comply with the conditions set out in conditions 2.2 and 3 and any nominations that do not comply (in the sole opinion of the Promoter) will be disqualified from the Competition.
      • The Competition will close on 19 February 2026 at 5pm (“the Closing Date”). Nominations received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified from the Competition.
      • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for nominations not successfully completed, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
      • Nominations will be judged by a panel of staff from the Promoter’s marketing team on 20 February 2026 and will be judged on evidence provided by the entrant that demonstrates that their unsung hero Nominee goes above and beyond for their local rugby club. Three (3) nominations shall be chosen as winners (“Winning Nominees”) and each of the Winning Nominees shall receive the Prize (as defined in condition 4). The decision of the judges is final.

    2. Eligibility
      • A “Nominee” is a person whose name is submitted to the Competition, in accordance with condition 2.2.
      • The Competition is not open to employees of the Promoter or their immediate family or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Competition.
      • Nominees must be over 18 years old and resident in Scotland.
      • In entering the Competition, the entrant confirms that the Nominee is eligible to claim the Prize (as defined in condition 4 below) if they are a Winning Nominee. The Promoter may require entrants and the Winning Nominees to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Competition.
      • The Promoter will not accept nominations that are:
    3. automatically generated by computer;
    4. completed by third parties or in bulk;
    5. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
    6. photocopies and not originals; or
    7. The Prize
      • The Winning Nominees will each receive two hospitality tickets (including match tickets) for the Edinburgh Rugby v Scarlets rugby match at Hive Stadium, Edinburgh on 27 February 2026 (“the Prize”). The Prize does not include transport, spending money, tax or other personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the Winning Nominees. (“the Prize”).
      • The Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
      • The Prize shall be supplied by the Promoter.
      • The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
      • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    8. Notification of Winning Nominees
      • The Winning Nominees, selected in accordance with condition 2.6, will be notified by email on 20 February 2026 that they are a Winning Nominee. The Prize or instructions on how to receive the Prize will be sent to the Winning Nominees by the Promoter within 24 hours of being notified of their win.
      • If a Winning Nominee does not respond to the Promoter within twenty four (24) hours of being notified by the Promoter or if a Winning Nominee is unable to accept any element of the Prize due to ineligibility, the Prize in its entirety will be withdrawn and the Promoter will be entitled to select another Winning Nominee in accordance with the process set out at condition 2.6.
      • The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of a Winning Nominee.
      • The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Winning Nominee to anyone who writes to the Promoter at the address set out in condition 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the Competition.
      • If the Winning Nominee objects to either or both of their surname and, county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter will not provide the information to members of the public, but must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority (“ASA”) on request by the ASA, to comply with our legal obligation to do so.
    9. Data protection
      • As part of submitting a nomination to the Competition, entrants are required to submit certain personal details about themselves and their Nominee, including their name, email address, telephone number and postcode.
      • The legal basis for which the Promoter will collect personal data in respect of Competition Entrants and nominees are (i) its legitimate interest of administering the Competition, and (ii) to comply with its legal obligations in respect of Competition.
      • The Promoter will use the personal data of Nominees as follows:
        • to contact the Winning Nominees and to send the Prize to them;
        • to contact an alternative Winning Nominee and to send the Prize to them if a winning Nominee cannot be contacted within a reasonable time; and
        • to comply with the legal obligation to provide the Winning Nominees’ surname and county in response to requests for this information from third parties, subject to conditions 5.4 and 5.5.
      • The Promoter will comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation when collecting and otherwise processing personal data in connection with this Competition. Any such personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy & Cookies Policy – Edinburgh Rugby.
    10. General
      • These Terms and Conditions and this Competition are governed by the laws of Scotland. By entering into this Competition each entrant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
      • Entrants to the Competition are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon submitting a nomination to the Competition.
      • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any nominations that breach theseTerms and Conditions or any nominations that, in the sole opinion of the Promoter, are in any way obscene, violent, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or would damage the reputation of the Promoter. Where the Promoter disqualifies any nominations in accordance with this condition 7.3, the Promoter shall remove any affected nominations from the
      • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this Competition at any time. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice by posting changes to Home – Edinburgh Rugby. The Promoter will only notify entrants or Nominees of changes if required to do so by law.
      • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any entrant or Nominee or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering the Competition or a Nominee taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or that of its employees, agents or distributors. Your statutory rights are not affected.

    This Training Session Competition is organised by Scottish Rugby Limited, trading as Edinburgh Rugby.

    When you enter this Competition, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

    1. The Promoter
    2. The Promoter of this Competition is Scottish Rugby Limited, trading as Edinburgh Rugby, a company incorporated in Scotland with registered number SC132061 and having its registered office at Murrayfield, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ (“the Promoter”).
    3. The Competition
      • These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Training Session Competition” being running on and being promoted on the Promoter’s official website (Home – Edinburgh Rugby) and social media platforms (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, X formerly known as Twitter) (“the Competition”).
      • To enter the Competition, a coach, volunteer or parent of a player from a community youth section of a Rugby Club (“the Entrant”) must follow the link on the Promoter’s official website or social media to, and complete, the Competition submission. The submission form requires the Entrant to demonstrate that the youth section of their Rugby Club is deserving of winning the Prize (as defined at condition 4). When submitting the submission the Entrant must submit their name, email address, telephone number, the name of the Rugby Club (youth section) they represent and the county in which the Rugby Club (youth section) is located. Any entries submitted to the Promoter in any other manner or medium will be disqualified from the Competition.
      • The opening date for Competition entries is 13 February 2026 at 10am. Entries must comply with the conditions set out in conditions 2.2 and 3 and any entries that do not comply (in the sole opinion of the Promoter) will be disqualified from the Competition.
      • The Competition will close on 16 March 2026 at 5pm (“the Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified from the Competition.
      • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
      • The entries will be judged by a panel of staff from the Promoter’s marketing team on 20 March 2026 and will be judged on evidence provided by the Entrant that demonstrates that their youth section of the Rugby Club is deserving of the Prize. Four (4) winning Rugby Clubs (youth section) will be chosen and shall receive the Prize. The decision of the judges is final

      • By submitting a Competition entry you are agreeing to (a) be bound by these Terms and Conditions; (b) to enter the Competition on behalf of your Rugby Club (youth section); (c) if your Rugby Club (youth section) is a winner, to your Club’s name and images of the Club and players being recorded and published for promotional purposes by the Promoter or its authorised representatives and to allow the Promoter to comply with its obligations set out at conditions 5.4 and 5.5; and (iv) if your Rugby Club (youth section) is a winner, and any players under the age of 16 take up the Prize, you confirm that you have obtained the prior written consent of such players’ parent or guardian to their child being photographed or videoed when taking up the Prize.
    4. Eligibility
      • An eligible Rugby Club (youth section) is one who has been entered into the Competition by an Entrant in accordance with condition 2.2.
      • The Competition is open to all youth sections of community Rugby Clubs in Scotland who can travel to Hive Stadium, Edinburgh to take up the Prize.
      • Rugby Clubs (youth section) entering the Competition must be based in the Scotland.
      • In entering the Competition, the Entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and that the Rugby Club (youth section) is eligible to claim a Prize. The Promoter may require the Entrant nominating the Rugby Club (youth section) to provide proof that the Rugby Club (youth section) is eligible to enter the
      • The Promoter will not accept Competition entries that are:
        (a) automatically generated by computer;
        (b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
        (c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
        (d) photocopies and not originals; or
        (e) incomplete.
    5. The Prize
      • Each of the winning Rugby Clubs (youth section) will receive a training session with Darcy Graham and Ewan Ashman at the Hive Stadium, Edinburgh in April 2026 (“the Prize”).
      • The date in April 2026 for the training session shall be agreed between the Promoter and the winning Rugby Clubs (youth section) and will be subject to the availability of Darcy Graham and Ewan Ashman.
      • The Prize does not include the cost of travel to and from the Hive Stadium, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winning Rugby Clubs (youth section).
      • This Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
      • The Prize is supplied by the Promoter.
      • The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value, or to change the players involved in the training session, if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
      • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    6. Notification of winning entries 
      • The winning Rugby Clubs (youth section) will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) by 20 March 2026 that their Rugby Club (youth section) is a winner. The Prize or instructions of how to receive the Prize will be sent to the winning Rugby Club (youth section) by the Promoter within (seven) 7 days of being notified that their Rugby Club (youth section) is a winner.
      • If the winning Rugby Club (youth section) does not respond to the Promoter within seven (7) days of being notified by the Promoter or if the winning Rugby Club (youth section) is unable to accept the Prize due to ineligibility, the Prize in its entirety will be withdrawn and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winning Rugby Club (youth section) in accordance with the process set out at conditions 2.6 and 2.7.
      • The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of a winning Rugby Club (youth section), other than a winning Rugby Club (youth section) claiming a Prize on behalf of their players.
      • The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the name and county of the winning Rugby Club (youth section) to anyone who writes to the Promoter at the address set out in condition 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the Competition.
      • If the winning Rugby Club (youth section) objects to either or both of their Club’s name and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter will not provide the information to members of the public, but must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority (“ASA”) on request by the ASA, to comply with our legal obligation to do so.
    7. Data protection
      • As part of submitting an entry to the Competition, the Entrant submitting the entry is required to submit certain personal details, including their name and email address, the name of the Rugby Club (youth section) they represent and the county within which the Rugby Club (youth section) is situated.
      • The legal basis for which the Promoter will collect personal data in respect of Competition are (i) its legitimate interest of administering the Competition, and (ii) to comply with its legal obligations in respect of competitions.
      • The Promoter will use the personal data of the Entrant as follows:
        • to contact them as the representative for the winning Rugby Club (youth section) and to send the Prize to them;
        • to contact an alternative winning Rugby Club (youth section) and to send the Prize to them if a winning Rugby Club (youth section) cannot be contacted within a reasonable time; and
        • to comply with the legal obligation to provide the winners’ name and county in response to requests for this information from third parties, subject to conditions 5.4 and 5.5.
      • The Promoter will comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation when collecting and otherwise processing personal data in connection with this Competition. The Promoter will use personal details that the coach provides to the Promoter in line with the Promoter’s Privacy & Cookies Policy – Edinburgh Rugby.
    8. General
      • These Terms and Conditions and this Competition are governed by the laws of Scotland. By entering into this Competition, each Entrant who submits an entry agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
      • Each Entrant who submits an entry is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry to the Competition.
      • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that breach these Terms and Conditions or any entry that, in the sole opinion of the Promoter, are in any way obscene, violent, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or would damage the reputation of the Promoter. Where the Promoter disqualifies any entry in accordance with this condition 7.3, the Promoter shall remove any affected entries from the Competition.
      • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this Competition at any time. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice by posting changes to the website Home – Edinburgh Rugby. The Promoter will only notify the Entrant who have submitted an entry of changes if required to do so by law.
