Hive Stadium to host Scotland women record crowd
Scotland women will play in front of a record crowd at Hive Stadium on Saturday 13 April in their Guinness Women’s Six Nations clash against England, with over 5,000 tickets sold at the home of Edinburgh Rugby.
This momentous occasion follows on the heels of last year’s milestone crowd of 4,862 spectators filling the stadium during the 2023 Six Nations.
Scotland women captain Rachel Malcolm expressed her gratitude to the loyal fans, saying: “Our fans have been an unwavering source of support and encouragement over the years, and the opportunity to compete in front of a new home record crowd against England is absolutely amazing.
“The fact that this news coincides with International Women’s Day adds an extra layer of significance and excitement, and we can’t wait to get out there and do them proud.”
Tickets for both games are still available at only £11.50 (adults) £9 (students) and £6.50 (U18s) with children U12 FREE (plus booking fee, with paying adult).
A discounted package that gets you into both games is also still on sale. (Please note, however, that the England match is now expected to sell out, and so fans are being encouraged not to leave it too late to secure their tickets.)
