Edinburgh Rugby is delighted to announce Galbraith, the club’s Official Property Consultancy Partner, has extended its on-kit partnership for a further three seasons, running until the end of the 2028/29 campaign.
The renewal cements Galbraith’s place in the club’s history as its longest-ever on-kit partner.
Galbraith first joined the Edinburgh Rugby sponsor family in 2015, and their distinctive blue and orange logo sits on the collar of the Edinburgh jersey – where it will stay until the end of the 2028/29 season. That is more than a decade of ‘Backing the Burgh’.
Galbraith has been a constant through a defining era for the capital club, from the move out of Scottish Gas Murrayfield to a permanent home at Hive Stadium in 2021, to the sell-out crowds that have followed.
The partnership reaches well beyond the jersey. Galbraith has welcomed the club’s business community to conferences and pre-match hospitality, most notably their annual Farming Seminar, while Edinburgh players have become a familiar sight lending a hand on the Galbraith stand at the Royal Highland Show. Galbraith is also a long-standing member of the Edinburgh Rugby Business Club.
Their backing extends to the squad itself, with Galbraith sponsoring British & Irish Lion and Scotland international Darcy Graham.
Edinburgh Rugby Managing Director, Douglas Struth, said: “Galbraith has been with us for over a decade now, and in that time they have become so much more than a sponsor – they are part of the Edinburgh Rugby family.
“Their commitment to this club has never wavered. They have stood alongside us through some of the biggest moments in our recent history, and their brand has become so synonymous with Edinburgh that it is hard to picture our jersey without that blue and orange on the collar.
“Sometimes the simplest way to put it is the right one. This is a partnership that works. It works for the club, it works for Galbraith, and it works for our supporters and business community. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings.”
