Darcy Graham, Hamish Watson, WP Nel and Jamie Ritchie are all nominated for the final Player of the Month award of the season, after impressing in April’s fixtures against Ospreys and Ulster.

The winner of the award will have £500 donated to their charity of choice, courtesy of Main Club Partner Scottish Building Society.

Darcy Graham – VOTE NOW

The Prince of Hawick finished the season in the same scintillating form that he started it in, scoring three tries in the final two games of the campaign, including a stunning solo score at home against the Ospreys.

The speedster was at his usual elusive best, evading 11 defenders in another impressive month.

Chosen charity: Scottish Ambulance Service

Hamish Watson – VOTE NOW

Watson was back to his pinballing best in April, beating ten defenders with ball in hand, regularly breaking through tackles in two abrasive performances.

The flanker was also imperious in defence, making five dominant tackles against Ulster – no player has made more in a URC match this season; he also made 22/22 tackles, the most of any player to record a 100% tackle success rate in Round 18.

Chosen Charity: My Name’5 Doddie Foundation

WP Nel – VOTE NOW

Tighthead prop Nel marked the news that he would be extending his terms with the club by winding back the years in a try scoring performance against Ulster.

As Burgh fans have become accustomed to, the club legend was dominant at scrum time in both matches, before capping his display from the bench in Belfast by diving over the home side’s goal line defence.

Chosen Charity: Cancer Research

Jamie Ritchie – VOTE NOW

Club co-captain proved a thorn in the sides of both Ulster and Ospreys’ attacks, regularly pilfering possession at the breakdown, winning the ball back on five occasions across both ties.

Ritchie’s carrying ability was also on display in Belfast, with the flanker gaining 43 metres from 10 carries.

Chosen Charity: Ronald McDonald House Charities UK
