Edinburgh Rugby welcomes Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club as new Community Partner

25 Oct 2024

Edinburgh Rugby is delighted to announce a new partnership with Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club, who today came on board as a new Community Partner.

New this season, the Community Partner tier will see Dalmahoy and other businesses aligned closely to the club’s outreach programmes and initiatives.

The new partnership will benefit both the club’s fanbase and the wider commercial family through an array of exclusive benefits.

As part of the partnership, Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club will also take player sponsorship of Edinburgh Rugby’s talented young flanker, Liam McConnell.

Douglas Struth, Edinburgh Rugby Managing Director, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club as one of our new Community Partners.

“Their support is invaluable to us, and we are excited to work together to create a positive impact on the club’s community. This partnership aligns perfectly with our vision of building a strong and sustainable club that is deeply rooted in the Edinburgh community.”

Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club will also join the Edinburgh Rugby Business Club, providing them with exclusive access to networking opportunities and hospitality experiences. Their branding will feature prominently on pitch side LEDs, showcasing their commitment to supporting the capital outfit.

The partnership follows the successful hosting of the 2024 Edinburgh Rugby Golf Day at the Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club and is a natural progression to formalise the relationship between the two organisations.

Colin Richards, General Manager of Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club, added: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be teaming up with Edinburgh Rugby in this exciting new partnership.

“It’s a fantastic opportunity to bring two iconic Edinburgh names together, and we can’t wait to see what we’ll achieve.”
