Hooker Harri Morris made his debut for the capital in June 2021, starting as a back-row before converting to hooker.
Morris – who came through the ranks at George Watson’s College – has represented Edinburgh Rugby through the age-grades and was part of the U20 side that lifted the Junior 1872 Cup in 2019 – a derby in which he was named Player of the Match.
Morris was named in the Scotland U20 squad for the 2021 U20 Six Nations Championship in Cardiff.
Morris made his Edinburgh Rugby debut in the back-row in the Guinness PRO14 Rainbow Cup clash with Ulster in June 2021. Since becoming Edinburgh player #1296 he has followed in the steps of fellow George Watson’s student Stuart McInally in transitioning from back-row to hooker.
