PROFILE
A former fly-half and centre, Tim Sampson represented Queensland as a player and won two premierships with Sunnybank in Brisbane.
He built his coaching reputation with Easts and Canberra Vikings, winning Queensland Premier titles, before becoming Head Coach of Western Force in 2018.
Over five seasons in Perth, he rebuilt the club after its exclusion from Super Rugby and guided them back into the competition and to their first play-off appearance.
He then joined the Melbourne Rebels as Senior Attack and Skills Coach, helping them to their first Super Rugby play-offs in 2024.
He most recently ran the Fijian Drua’s attack before joining Edinburgh on a two-year deal.
