Robert Christopher Deans began playing rugby at Haddington RFC at the age of six.
He has also played at Musselburgh and Dalkeith, and attended Merchiston Castle School. In 2022, he lead the school’s U18 as Co-Captain to the Scottish Rugby Schools Cup.
Robbie has represented Scotland at U16, U18 and U20 level. He featured four times for the U20s during the 2023 Under-20 Six Nations.
